How to Request Our Services
Language Empire has its own unique and bespoke bookings management software which took four years to complete (completed in 2008) at a cost of nearly half a million pounds. Our system is unique, as it caters for specific public sector organisations, in particular the NHS. Our software application for the last five years has been vigorously trialled, tested and has improved performance functionalities to make the user experience better.
Language Empire was the first company in the UK to offer a safe and secure online booking portal and our software allows for customers to make bookings online. Each customer has its own profile with the ability to manage users, produce management information reports and view financial information. Our online booking is used by almost all our NHS customer organisations. It’s a quick, easy and proven method of making bookings, which are environmentally friendly. Users can also view and track the progress of all their bookings.

How to request face to face interpreting
Please use our Online Booking form to request an interpreter. Please note you will require an Account Number to access the booking form, please contact Language Empire if you do not have the account number
Bookings via Fax & Email
To create a booking by fax/email, please download the LE ‘Face-to-Face Interpreter Request Form’ template from your internal intranet.
The dedicated email address is stated at the bottom left of the form.
The form must be completed in full and faxed over to the dedicated fax number which is stated at the bottom left of the form.

Once you have sent the fax/email, if you don’t get a call to acknowledge your request, please call to check the fax has been received.
Our target for confirming & acknowledging a booking is within one hour from the receipt of your fax/email.
Booking over the Phone
Bookings are accepted over the phone in an emergency.
When making an emergency booking, please provide us with your Account Details.

How to request Translation Services
There are various ways to request Translation Services.
- Via the website:
Go to translation-empire.com, click on quotes and upload your documents to be translated and submit via our secure online portal.
- Via Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Via Fax: 0845 009 7868
- Via secure FTP: Weblink given where you can upload your documents into our shared folder for large/confidential documents
